Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi N’tichka Pass – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Kelaa M’gouna – Boumalne Dades

Merzouga Adventures organized Morocco Private tour with experienced drivers and guides. Today, we pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech and depart to Ait Benhaddou over the mountains of high Atlas passing through the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 m in altitude), visit the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, and stop for lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon we will drive to Ouarzazate and stop near the atlas film studios for a photo then continue to the city center for a panoramic view of the kasbah of Taourirt. After that, you will head to Kalaa M’gouna or Boumalne du Dades for a night. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

Day 2: Dadès Gorges - Boumalne - Tinghir - Todra Gorges - Tinjdad - Erfoud - Merzouga

After breakfast at the hotel, you will leave toward Tinghir then to Todra Gorges. You will have the chance to stop for a panoramic view of the river. Continuing on the road alongside the river to reach the gorges where you will have a break for lunch. Walk on foot through this stunning place while enjoying the views of high rock walls. From here we drive to Merzouga passing by Tinjdad, Erfoud, You may have a stop in Erfoud to visit one of the marble fossils Carriers then continue to your hotel situated on the feet of the orange dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will experience a camel ride to reach the desert camp in the middle of dunes where you will spend the night, enjoy your evening, dine under the stars and sleep in the Berber Nomad tent.

Day 3: Merzouga - Tour Around Erg Chebbi Dunes

Waking up by the call of your guide very earlier to witness the sunrise then enjoying breakfast. You will trek back to your hotel where you can have a hot shower and get ready for the excursion around Erg Chebbi dunes. This excursion gives you the opportunity to explore the surrounding desert by visiting the tiny villages and fossil Carrier in addition to nomad Family. Back to your hotel for lunch and relax. This Afternoon is at your leisure – You may want to experience a camel ride and spend the night in the desert camp again. Dinner and Overnight in the Auberge.

Day 4: Merzouga – Erfoud – Errachidia – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane Fes

Wake up early morning to enjoy the sunrise on the top of the dune in the Sahara Desert then have your breakfast. After these beautiful moments, you will ride your camel back to the hotel where you can shower. You will depart to Errachidia via Erfoud, Aoufous, and the valley of Ziz then stopping for a panoramic view of the oasis of Aoufous in the Tafilalte region. Continuation to Midelt across the pass of Tizi N’talghamt and have a lunch break. After lunch, you will be driven to Fes (the medieval city) via the Cedar forest near Azrou and the mountain of the middle Atlas with the possibility to see the Barbary apes (monkies). You may have a stop in Ifrane (the Switzerland of Morocco) before arriving in Fes. Drop off in Fes
